Learning Experience Designers blend the two disciplines of user experience and instructional design to create an experience for end users where they effectively learn, from how use a new software application, to successfully passing a certification test after taking a full course online.
We are looking for forward-thinking instructional and user experience designers who are interested in teaming up to create fully accessible e-learning experiences. The work involves either creating new experiences from scratch, making existing learning materials accessible, finding and compiling accessible materials into a series, or a blend of all approaches.
In particular, we are interested in using metrics and analytics to study what kinds of e-learning methods are most effective for Deaf learners and sharing that information with the public.
Just like the Social Media Specialist position, we are not looking for one full time individual, but individuals who are passionate about or experts in the subject matter of that project. This can easily become a full time position for a highly qualified, dedicated and passionate individual, as one of the fastest growing specialties in the contracting industry. All of our member brands’ teams have a need for this position.
Our brands’ current projects, in order of timeline:
This is a contract position, pay and schedule negotiable – depends on experience and which project(s) hired for.
FLEX LOCATION: Some of the work may be performed remotely with occassional trips to Washington DC.
